Parent Teacher Organization

The SSES PTO is an active, volunteer-run organization that works to enhance the overall educational environment by promoting parental involvement through volunteering, creating a community for Sunset families through the family events we host, and raising funds for additional resources that benefit all students. 

Sunset PTO Goals

• Establishing and maintaining a working relationship among parents, school and community.
• Supporting school improvement teams and promoting the finest education possible for the students.
• Enhancing the quality of education by raising funds for school supplies, programs, educational resources that fall outside the school budget.
• Creating a community for the families at Sunset through our family events during the year (Fall Carnival, Family Dance and Dodgeball Tournament).  
• Through our fundraising efforts, continue to update and improve the interior and exterior campus to have a clean and safe environment.
